Man United coaching staff notice 1 key Anthony Martial change in pre-season — explained

Anthony Martial has emerged as a key player for Manchester United in pre-season, scoring three goals in four games.

As per the Daily Mail, the club's coaching staff describe the Frenchman as 'a much more cheerful individual' compared to before.

New manager Erik ten Hag has also been impressed with the forward's work in training ahead of the new season, according to The Athletic.

Martial looks set to start in the Premier League opener against Brighton on August 7 even if Cristiano Ronaldo decided to stay at Old Trafford this summer.
