Conte, Zidane, Pochettino: Who could replace Solskjaer as Man Utd manager?

After Saturday's 4-2 defeat at the hands of Leicester, Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is facing the toughest period of his managerial spell at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils have now taken just one point from a possible nine in the Premier League - and have won just a single game in their last five outings across all competitions.

It's the sort of form you associate with a relegation-threatened side. United's plight isn't quite that desperate yet, but when you consider that the club spent well in excess of £100 million to bring in the superstar trio of Jadon Sancho, Raphael Varane and Cristiano Ronaldo, it easy to see why #OleOut is trending on Twitter.

The road ahead doesn't get any kinder for the 48-year-old Norwegian, either. His side face tricky assignments against Liverpool and Tottenham next up in the Premier League, with those fixtures sandwiched between a crucial pair of Champions League meetings with Atalanta.

A poor run of results over the next month could well be the final straw for the United board, particularly as there are a number of viable candidates waiting in the wings should Solksjaer be relieved of his duties.
