 There isn’t an international tournament taking place this summer because the World Cup was moved to the winter, which means we will be keeping a close eye on Manchester United players and potential transfer targets in the upcoming internationals. In the Nations League tonight, the Netherlands had a convincing 4-1 win over Belgium. That meant we could watch two United transfer targets as Frenkie de Jong and Jurrien Timber both featured in the game. De Jong played in a pivot against Belgium — very different to the role he’s struggled in at Barcelona — and they couldn’t contain him. Even for the first goal, the 25-year-old plays a simple pass to Tottenham Hotspur star Steven Bergwijn. It counted as an assist but credit to the winger for a great strike. Watch Video Below :

The 11-year-old showed off his ability from a dead ball situation as he converted a brilliant free-kick. A video shows the youngster lining up an effort from distance, with a mannequin wall set up.  The Manchester United starlet marks his run up then curls home a delightful strike into the back of the net. Ronaldo Jr's eye-catching free-kick got Man United fans talking as they compared him to the five-time Ballon d'Or winner.

 Alejando Garnacho performed Cristiano Ronaldo's iconic 'SIUU' celebration after scoring for Manchester United in their FA Youth Cup triumph. Garnacho, who was named the club's U18 Player of the Year before kick-off, starred as Man United beat Nottingham Forest 3-1 to win the FA Youth Cup in front of a raucous 67,492-strong crowd on Wednesday. Rhys Bennett headed home to give Man United the lead over Forest, who levelled through Josh Powell. But Garnacho restored his side's lead 12 minutes from time after successfully converting a penalty. He copied Ronaldo's trademark celebration following his goal in the FA Youth Cup final. The teenager performed the 'SIUU' celebration, which was greeted by a thunderous reception from the Old Trafford faithful.

 ​Karim Benzema has revealed how Cristiano Ronaldo inspired his ultra-prolific campaign for Real Madrid this season.  The 34-year-old scored an incredible 44 goals in 46 games in all competitions as he helped his side to La Liga and Champions League glory. He's enjoyed a superb term having 'dissected everything' about ex-teammate Ronaldo, saying the Manchester United star has inspired his success.   Benzema explains how he studied ​Ronaldo's game during their nine-year spell together in Spain, but admitted that he will never be able to replicate the 37-year-old's lofty achievements. 

 Brazil and Paris Saint Germain star Neymar took to Instagram to hit out at rivals Argentina’s celebration after they won the Finalissima at Wembley.  The Finalissima was played between the winners of the Euro, Italy and the winners of the Copa America, Argentina.  Lionel Messi’s side outplayed the Italians from start to finish as goals from Lautaro Martinez, Angel Di Maria and Paulo Dybala sealed a 3-0 victory over the European champions. Messi was awarded Man of the Match after producing two assists.  After the match, footage of the Argentina team celebrating started to emerge online, and the scenes seems to have irked their rival from Brazil.  Neymar commented on a post saying: “Have they won the world cup?” 

 Lionel Messi proved he's still one of world football's most elegant dribblers after gliding past Giovanni Di Lorenzo during Argentina vs Italy. Lionel Scaloni's side lifted the Finalissima trophy on Wednesday evening after a dominant 3-0 victory at Wembley Stadium. The game between the Copa America and Euro 2020 winners was lit up 27 minutes in thanks to Paris Saint-Germain superstar Messi.

 Lionel Messi Dropped A Masterclass Against Italy, His Individual Highlights Are Something Else. He brilliantly created the opening goal for Lautaro Martínez, gliding past Giovanni Di Lorenzo​ to set up the Inter Milan forward.  Messi grabbed another assist late on, teeing up second half substitute Paulo Dybala. Away from his two assists, the Paris Saint-Germain man ran the show. He completed the most dribbles, created the most chances and won all his 10 duels. 

 New footage of Real Madrid’s winning goal in the Champions League final has gone viral, and it shows just how good Federico Valverde’s pass was. Madrid were second best for most of the match against Liverpool, but one piece of brilliance was enough seal another European crown.  The defeat by Madrid gave Liverpool a bitterly disappointing end to a wonderful season, having won both of the domestic cups, the Reds just didn't have enough to add a seventh European cup to the club's collection. Sadio Mane and Mo Salah had Liverpool’s best chances but they were faced with a goalkeeper in scintillating form, in the shape of Thibaut Courtois who simply refused to be beaten, and he deservedly got awarded the Man of the Match accolade.
